Here to Stay is seriously intense. A kind, decent man is deceived by a beautiful woman which brings ever-encroaching darkness into his life. This story brings a sense of dread with it, as you dig deeper into this psychological thriller.
If you think your family is a mess, this book will make you realize they could be worse. Elliot’s new family defines evil. The events that transpire made me cringe, and when I didn’t think it could get any worse, it did. Mark Edwards wrote a page-turner with this one.
Will Elliot be able to survive? If he does, can he ever go back to the man he used to be? Here to Stay is one to add to your reading list if you enjoy thrillers. Read it and cringe at the disregard these hooligans have for others. Creepy and intriguing, you won’t want to put it down until the end.
