ML, now called Emelle, is a thorn in the Fae prince’s side, so the search is on, looking for her in every possible place.

Finding three genfins on the floating island where she landed, she is intrigued by them. They are certainly eye candy.

The genfins face the culling of the Royal Trials after their five years of banishment. Most involved will die.

Will they?

Emelle hopes not! She’s found another  fellow, a lamassu, who says she’s his mate.

Much happens with this group, and it is pretty detailed. Make sure to read the warnings.

Quirky, spicy, and libatious, this series continues to deliver.

As soon as I finished book one, I went to Kindle Unlimited to grab book two and started it immediately. I’d say it is even spicier than book one. Emelle and her men don’t hold back in that department.

Emelle continues to be a bit flakey as she maneuvers through life in the veil and the fae world. She still does what she must to protect herself and her mates. I love her spunkiness and how whatever’s in her head flows out of her mouth. It can sometimes be a bit much; take her with a grain of salt.

The action during the Royal Trials is creative on the author’s part and horrifying for the characters involved. I profoundly dislike the King and prince, as they only care about themselves.

The whole cupid thing, silly as it is, makes for an entertaining read. Make sure to read the author’s note as a fair warning of what is ahead. As a whole, Bonds of Cupidity kept me in stitches and spiced up my day.
