Donna’s straightforward, honest look into her life during devastating and life-changing events shows that life changes, like it or not. It isn’t always easy, and people handle situations differently, but we are all forced to deal with change. She courageously shares her life with us.
Donna told her story without weighing it down with unnecessary details. It is definitely well-written.
I thought it was interesting how yoga was an integral part of her life, allowing her to release some of her heartaches. I don’t practice it or understand some of what she experienced, but it seemed to be exactly what she needed to help her move forward.
We’ve Got to Stop Meeting Like shows one person’s walk through divorce, dating, raising children, working, new relationships, and death. I read until 3 a.m. because I was so enthralled with this story. Be prepared to do the same. It is well worth it.
